ON THE GOP PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN TRAIL – The Donald, America’s Narcissist-in-Chief, is preparing in earnest to torture the USA’s voting public, even as he prepares to attempt unsuccessfully to torture Hillary Clinton, verbally if not physically. Alert readers of Politico.com, and viewers of CNN and other media, know full well that Donald Trump will say anything, do anything (even almost unzipping his fly to demonstrate his presumed (and presumptuous) virility) to get elected and assume the position of Leader of the Free World.. So they know that Trump has walked back on his previous promise to order the CIA, the NSA, and our entire military to violate international law in combatting international terrorism.
In his about-face on Friday, Trump said he will not order a military officer to disobey existing international law. It was the first time that Trump had indicated any awareness that there is such a thing has international law.
From her campaign offices in Brooklyn and Manhattan, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told a solitary reporter, “Actually, SR, I like it better when Donald attacks me, because then I will get somewhere between 70% and 90% of the votes of all Republican voters."
