The Empire State’s governor, Democrat Andrew Cuomo, sure looks like dead meat.
Accused by several women of inappropriate sexual advances, the three term governor insists he won’t resign, despite strident demands from legislators from his own Party that he step down.
Cuomo did very well in the early stages of the pandemic, except for nursing homes. His daily briefings were ever so much better than Donald Trump’s lies.
But men being men, and men being weaker in impulse control than women, Cuomo crossed over the line.
When he does resign, Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul will become New York’s first woman Governor.
Associate solitary reporter Susanna Sherman was first in line as all women in the Empire State loudly called for Cuomo to quit being so imperialistic and step down. She pointedly asked Cuomo how he feels about the prospect of sharing a prison celll with his nemesis, Donald Trump.
“Susanna, don’t ever even think of doing that to me. I would rather be sent to a lonely exile in Palermo where I would more exposed to the Virus than I am here in Albany.”
“I know that whoever the voters of Gotham elect as their next District Attorney will most defintely put Donaldl Trump behind bars, it’s just that it would literally kill me to have so share a cell with him.”
“I know I have done wrong to women, but just think of how much worse Trump has been, what with Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal and God knows how many other women.”
